Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to give a reason.
For the return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).

The product must be in as-new condition so it can be resold.

The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a damaged parcel or a faulty item, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@preencess.com, attaching photos of the issue to speed up processing. For a defective item, we cover the return costs.

For any request, email us at contact@preencess.com. Once your request has been confirmed as valid, the products must be returned to the following address:

Refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing can take between 7 and 14 days depending on your bank.
