Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange. Check the conditions, then start your request directly from your account.
Return conditions
For your return to be accepted, check the following points.
- The item must be returned in its original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- The product must be in as-new condition so it can be resold.
- The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Return costs: return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No label is provided, you buy your own return shipping label, except for a defective or damaged item, for which the costs are covered.
Start your request
Your return or exchange request is made directly from your customer account, in a few steps.
- Log in, then open the Orders tab and find the relevant order.
- Click Return items, then select the item or items to return.
- Choose a reason, add a note if needed, then confirm with Review changes.
Defective or damaged item? Do not use this step: email us at contact@preencess.com with photos, and the return costs are then covered. The refund is issued to your original payment method, within 7 to 14 days of receiving and checking the item.
